Please indicate, on reverse of your prescription form or in your fax or email request, where you wish to collect your prescription - e.g. the surgery or the name of the Chemist. Your prescription will be produced in the normal way and ready for you to collect where indicated. This saves you time as you no longer need to wait at the chemist whilst your prescription is made up.
