How do I join the practice?

diaryYou can register in person at the surgery at any time during surgery opening hours by completing the relevant forms.

Where can I get the forms from?

You can print out the registration forms from this website (there is a tab above for this option) or if you prefer you can collect a copy from the practice. 

What's next?

Hand over the completed forms to a member of staff at the reception plus two forms of identification*.  You will then be given an appointment to come in and see a Nurse for a New Patient Check.  If you are on regular medication you also need to see a GP within the first month of registration for a review to prevent a delay in receiving your medication.

*we will take copies of your I.D. and return your originals to you while you wait


Practice Area

The Practice is situated on the main road between Paignton town centre & Oldway Mansion, on the corner of Cadwell Road.  The Practice area covers Paignton between Windy Corner & the Preston/Livermead boundary. 

Regretfully, we cannot accept patients who live outside the Torbay area.  If you move house or change phone number, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can update our records.
